Liked: The room was very nice and really liked how the bathroom was not in one of the bedrooms so it was alot easier for everyone when getting ready. The breakfast was really good and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: Nothing

Short Term Dallas Stay

Liked: I liked that my special request was honored and the clerk checked with me that it was fine upon check in. I liked that breakfast was served. And I liked that the room was clean and well stocked when I arrived.
Disliked: I didn't like that my room door was faulty. It didn't lock right when closed. On another occasion I got locked out. I think the interior could use some updating, refreshing.

Perfect Convention Center Location!

Liked: We absolutely enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. The WIFI worked fine for our needs. The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was available daily and the quality was a standard continental breakfast.
Disliked: Really nothing to complain about. The location, while some might think is out of the way for tourist locations, was perfect for the trade show we were attending at the Irving Convention Center. the breakfast could have used a bit more protein options.

Disliked: Bugs/roaches on kitchen floor + a male staff opened my door without knocking first. Frightened me! Glad I had the safety latch on.

Good solid place to stay...

Liked: the location is about 10 minutes from DFW which is important to us as we usually arrive late and leave early. The property is very clean and quiet. Staff are always helpful and pleasant.
Disliked: The rooms are clean and generally comfortable, though this time our mattress seemed to sag toward the middle.
