Exceptional

Comfortable bed. Made it possible...

Liked: Parking close by. Coffee service in lobby. Staff friendly
Disliked: Breakfast options. Noise level outside of hotel. There were very noisy guests staying on our floor and they made a lot of noise late into the night and then again in the early morning.

Good

Liked: The staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable, and the linens were fresh and clean. Continental breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. Wide variety of options and some extra touches.
Disliked: I booked a king room. What I got was a queen. It was late, and I was too tired to make a fuss. Toilet had appeared to have black mold in bowl. My guess would be that it had set unused for a period of time. I was given an ADA room, though I did not request one. The shower flooded the bathroom floor. I dried my hair in the kitchen to avoid electrocution. Pet friendly for $65, non-refundable extra fee. A little grassy area that wasn't a block away would have been great.

Disliked: being on the corner end of the hotel - traffic noise was loud late at night
