Home Away From Home

Liked: The experience I received. I made a reservation for two rooms with an agency but when I called TownPlace, to verify the reservation it hand not been received per Ms. Tracie. I wanted to stay there because I had family that was booked at the hotel for a family reunion in the area. I called later in the day and per Ms Tracie the reservation still had not been received. Ms. Tracie was so patient with me. She checked the availability for the days I wanted to stay and rooms were available and to call her back if she could help with booking the rooms. The next day I called TownePlace with the booking agent and spoke with Ms. Tracie. She verified once again no rooms booked. I immediately called my financial institution. I them called the "patient", Ms. Tracie and she booked the rooms for me! Meeting her was very special and I let her know just how much my family and I were appreciative for her service. The rooms were just what we needed and the stay was very comforting. All thanks to Ms. Tracie and staff!!
