No water in shower/bathtub

Disliked: No water is coming out of the bathtub/shower!! I reported this, and the front desk came to see. She was baffled as well. They stated the manager would call me. I had respectfully asked for a partial refund, as we would like to start our day with a hot shower and wanted to bathe our granddaughter. The manager has yet to call or reach out, and that's wrong, I was told that she would, on two separate occasions, once when we checked out and once when I called back to see about a partial refund. She was too busy managing another hotel across the lot. When hideabed is pulled out, you can not walk around the bed, they touch, and that's not good for someone who gets up to go to the bathroom at night.
