Disliked: On our morning of departure there was NO WATER.We could not shower, wash up in room.Front desk offerred us bottles of water so we could brush our teeth.We were not offerred any compensation for this considerable inconvenience.

Liked: Super clean, super comfortable, kind and helpful staff. Kitchinette is more of a full on kitchen! With dishwasher, full sized fridge, stove top, pots, pans, plates, peeler, you name it! Breakfast included and a beautiful view too! And all for an affordable price. What's not to like?
Disliked: It is a 30 minute drive to downtown without traffic. So a car is needed. But I think this is pretty good distance given the price and that it's Toronto.

Liked: Service was amazing and the rooms were very clean. Lots of space in the suites, we loved this.
Disliked: there was no breakfast or coffee options when leaving at 6am.
