Liked: I loved Violet. She was the employee that was working when I checked in. She was a delight.
Disliked: Quite a bit of light seeped through the door to the hallway. Staff began vacuuming the hallway outside my room at 9am while I was still asleep. The cleaning staff was pretty loud when cleaning other rooms. Don’t get me wrong, I’m glad they were enjoying their jobs, but, I was trying to rest.

Liked: I had not stayed in a TownePlace Suites before. The size of the suite and the amenities provided were a delightful surprise!The staff was very helpful. The room was quiet - not much road noise as in places closer to the Interstate. The price was reasonable. We would stay here again when in Tallahassee.
Disliked: Signage for entrance from the highway could have been better. We loved the idea that there was a couch to sit on (instead of a bed or office chair), but the couch was very hard.

Disliked: There is a distinct odor in the room. Similar to that of a wet dog.

Disliked: We checked in left out things and then went to the store upon coming back the room had a horrible odor. The air was turned up and we could notice someone had definitely been smoking in the room. The odor did not go away the entire stay.
