Liked: Parking was available close to the motel and was clean.
Disliked: The property itself and the staff that run/manage/work there.First what is up with the towels? Im being told by the front desk person that the manager doesn’t want to buy more pool towels so they have to ask guests to bring room towels to the pool. When you ask for extra towels because you had to use you room towels you get told that they dont have any. A motel without towels is like a washroom without toilet paper. It will do the job until you get to the end of your stay. Second. Lifeguards that are high as kytes that cant comprehend on how to talk to small children should not be employed by a company that is looking to give them the liability that comes with those roles. Your lifeguards were also hitting on girls that are way too young for them while there are some families in the pool area. Third, one of the elevators were out of service and caused multiple issues for the whole weekend. Last but not least. Room cleanliness. Room looked like it was done quick just to be done and over with. Maybe instead of having staff wipe down the lights in the hallway have them clean the doors from time to time. Washroom door was full of dried pee in the back.

Liked: Amazing Room, beyond expectations. Very clean lobby and really appreciated the staff and the fact you had a store so I didn't leave hotel.
Disliked: Having to reserve slide was rediculious. Pool was too small for facilities. I realize it was March break so lots of kids. Only thing that was bad about our stay.

Liked: The whole building was very clean and well maintained.
Disliked: Our "king suite" was actually the smallest hotel room I've ever seen. My friend booked the "queen suite" which was twice the size, but still just a normal room. To switch, I had to call booking.com and sit on hold for 10 minutes. Once I got through, they organized what they called an "upgrade", even though both rooms cost the same. And then they charged me an extra fee to do it. (Booking.com, not the hotel) The hotel staff were very friendly and super helpful. And so were the people at booking.com, once I got through. Also, we paid the extra for this hotel because of the slide. The slide needs to be booked in 30-minute intervals. Unfortunately for us, the lifeguard didn't show up for her shift, so we didn't get to use the slide anyway.
