Liked: The service was good except the house keeping we ask for toilet paper and she didn't leave no coffee and they didn't vacuum our room or make our bed we stay in a good hotel you expect better and the pool area was so hot and the breakfast area was the same so we didn't get to enjoy those two
Disliked: House keeping needs to do there job not have if you going to a job do right the first time

Great Hotel Great Location

Liked: The hotel was very well maintained both inside and out. It’s located in a very safe part of town, right across the street from Mercy hospital. The staff was very friendly and room comfortable and clean. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever back in Springfield.

Liked: It had everything we needed. Good location. Great pool. Staff was swift and helpful. Perfect for parents with a toddler.
Disliked: I have no complaints but the carpet was very worn.
