Liked: my staff was wonderful/ my AC had a meltdown the staff and maintenance handled it with quality and professionalism. I really appreciate that .
Disliked: no complaints

Liked: The buidling “facilities” appeared clean and smelled good.
Disliked: Room could use upgrades and the carpet in my room was not vacuumed and there were hairs in the drawers. 1 pillow for the sofa bed in which 2 people were to sleep. The front desk staff gave off weird vibes as if not really wanting to be bothered. The housekeepers were very kind and helpful. No one was available to keep the breakfast area clean or restocked with food or supplies.
