We didn’t we had to...

Liked: The lady at the front desk was understanding
Disliked: Our room smelled like a homeless person urinated all over the room when asked for another room the second one smelled as if they were trying to cover the smell with air freshener

Liked: It was very convenient to everything and the staff was very nice.
Disliked: The bathrooms are very old. They need to put some money to upgrade the bathrooms.

Disliked: The shower was not draining and clogged with hair. The lock on the door was busted off.
