Liked: I am very upset with the lack of respect towards my family and I. I showed up at the accommodation and the person who welcomed us today Saturday the 12th at 4:20 pm began to throw our reservation papers at us, did not want to work, verbally attacked us and threw the keys at us. Which is why I got very angry and left the accommodation and told her she was a racist person, I don't know how people like that can have any knowledge of what customer service is. I can't identify the person's name but she was white with blue eyes, an uneducated person and very racist. I came from far away with my family and that woman made us leave.

Bad

Liked: Rooms were clean, but cold.
Disliked: Pool was cold. Kids came out of the pool couldn't feel their legs.Advertised they had a hot tub but did not have a hot tub on site.

Exceptional

Liked: It was a last minute reservation but it was decently prices for a suite! Great staff and very convenient location! Breakfast was also pretty good!
Disliked: I honestly had a really great experience

Excellent hotel, great stay.

Liked: The staff was super friendly. The location was excellent, easy to get to everything we wanted to see. Our room was nice and comfortable
Disliked: The pool felt a little dirty.

Liked: The breakfast was very very good
Disliked: The furniture and the bed were broken down and uncomfortable. The heater was so loud you could not hear the TV or have a conversation when it was running and it kept waking us up all night.

Superb

Liked: The friendliness of the staff. And the rooms were very nice.
Disliked: The bed was alittle hard. And the air conditioner was on in our room when we arrived in February with subzero temps.
