Wait to reflect

Liked: Clean, good location within short drive to things. A restaurant on both sides of hotel.
Disliked: Could use a mirror in each of the bedrooms. Only mirror was in the bathroom.

Expensive room fee

Liked: Clean nice rooms pool was nice
Disliked: Had to wait 10 mins to check in for front staff 2 ladies to finish their conversation. It was kind of rude. Didn’t acknowledge I was even standing there until another family walked in to check in.

Liked: The hotel room was roomy and clean. It had everything we needed.
Disliked: Breakfast on the weekend could run a little later. If you are there for a game, concert , play etc... that goes later into the night a 9:30am cut off for breakfast feels a little early. We always look for a place that includes breakfast and are willing to pay slightly more for that. I think even a half hour later could make a difference.

Liked: Most of the staff were friendly; except the manager- he was rude.
Disliked: Rooms are rundown. Many issues with facilities; sinks didn’t drain, heat didn’t work in one bedroom, safety lock didn’t work, internet for tv was spotty, cracks in the tub and tile floors, wallpaper falling off in bathroom, furniture is old and dirty. Manager was rude.

Liked: We liked the location as well as the 2 bedrooms. As well as the morning breakfast.
Disliked: The pool and hot tub was so dirty. It had stuff floating on the top. When I told the front desk they said they were fully booked. You check and clean the pool more often then. Disappointed, grandkids were sad

Liked: The facility was decent--it was clean, although rooms were not touched during the stay. We had requested a handicap room for my sister & it was not. Short toilets in every room & only one grab bar.
Disliked: Staff was not sufficient for breakfast. Tables were sticky and 2 hours was too limited for a full hotel--area was too crowded & food was not available.
