Liked: I love this property it’s my go to hotel when I travel to San Antonio
Disliked: However, I was in San Antonio for my daughter, who had to be in the hospital she has epilepsy, I made reservations to stay there on Friday night because we were supposed to be getting out of the hospital on Friday and they ended up keeping my daughter another day because of her seizures. I called the hotel to try and have my dates changed and they would not accommodate me whatsoever. I understand that when you make reservations, that are not refundable, you don’t get refunded however, I thought you could modify dates and they would not accommodate me whatsoever. Very disappointed in this hotels decision.

Liked: Staff was AMAZING and went above and beyond with everything. The bartender made great drinks and the person that check me in was great but the person that checked me out went that extra mile. Thank you so much, will be returning!
