We were there for a very short time but found everything very nice.
Liked: Modern and clean.
Disliked: Wall are thin. I could hear the people next to us talk in the late night.

Decent for the price, conveniently...
Liked: The room with a full size fridge/ kitchenette. The couch was nice and the room didnt smell like animal. The breakfast was decent! The oatmeal bar was nice. Not just a waffle maker. The food area was inviting. Bed and pillows were comfortable.
Disliked: There should be a full length mirror by the closet. There was no luggage holder. The furniture was in good shape but was outdated like the desk. The front of the hotel doesnt have a clear building number. The Entrance felt like the side of an office entrance. Not very inviting. No bench or mat. Nice little lamp or flowers to let you know it was the front. And there was damage to the front of the building pillar that had been patched with stucco but not painted to match. Very tacky. Cheap looking.

Exceeded my Expectations
Liked: Abigail and Moe went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Their customer service was exceptional!!! I will definitely be back. Quincy was amazing as well. Everyone was so friendly amd welcoming. I love that Moe was aware of what was going on in the area. Thank you for a great experience. I wish I had plan to stay longer

The front desk girl was...
Liked: The girl worked at the front desk was super cool. My review is not based on her at all
Disliked: The room I got was the most expensive room in the biggest room and was very poorly furnished, there also was fleas in the carpet. I came in very late and I was put into a room that had a dog barking next-door and was on the first floor where most hotels keep their pets I'm assuming that's why they were fleas. It was too loud though and irritating feeling bites I left after a couple hours I asked for the manager to call me to work out a discount or refund and she never did
