Overall, a nice stay.

Liked: Choice of hallway carpet made it appear threadbare when it was actually the pattern. There was no bathtub in the room, just a shower. The parking lot did not have adequate parking to accommodate all the guests. Had to park in the business next door. Television was awkwardly mounted on the wall and interfered with opening and closing of the bathroom door. Otherwise, everything was very good. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean.

Nice stay

Liked: Very nice room and facilities. Our only complaint is that the air conditioner and heater were so crazy loud that we couldn't hear ourselves talk or the tv, and couldn't use while sleeping. Stayed in room 412 if it was that specific room only. Receptionist awesome!

Great location

Liked: I liked the location. It’s close to everything. The staff were nice. The beds were comfortable. The facility was clean
Disliked: I did not like the breakfast. The oatmeal was watery every day, the sausages didn’t look all the way cooked & were nasty, the egg omelette tasted like fake eggs.

A small home away from...

Liked: Great location close to shopping and eateries; nice amenities including the outdoor lounging area with a fire pit.
Disliked: Lobby and front desk area smelled overly strong of scent spray.

Exceptional

Great location with great amenities...

Liked: Check in, the room, and amenities offered were great. The weekday check out time of 12pm was great!Personally (not local) the parking lot felt very secure but they had a security officer patrolling overnight which offered peace of mind.
Disliked: Breakfast selection, not bad but I'd prefer a little more. The scrambled eggs were oddly square chunks

Liked: Convenient location, complementary airport shuttle, and kitchenette in the room!

Disappointed in Sacramento.

Liked: I didn’t stay. I got a room for my son, daughter, and daughter-in-law prior to a 5:00AM flight, then I turned around and drove the 250 miles back home. They did not tell me anything about the stay.
Disliked: It cost more than Booking said it would. And while they may have an airport shuttle-the only reason I chose them-we found that it doesn’t operate early enough for a 5:00AM flight and that meant an additional $50 uber ride.
