Overpriced, very dirty hotel room.

Liked: The hotel double-charged me. I prepaid with booking.com and then the hotel said the booking.com card was declined so I had to pay with my own credit card. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back. Also - the room was big, but super dirty and gross. I have a 1-year-old who is half walking, half crawling, and within 10 minutes, his legs, feet, and hands were disgusting and black with dirt from crawling around. I had a 2-bedroom suite and the bed in 1 room was super hard and the bed in the other room was super soft. Both beds were terrible. The kitchen was dirty. The walls were dirty. They obviously do not deep clean the rooms. I will never stay at this hotel again. Disgusting.
