It was mediocre at best....

Disliked: Water leaked out of the shower pooling on the bathroom floor , the COFFEE WAS AWEFUL and you could see day light under the entrance door as if it were a bug highway.

Excellent staff. Great location.

Liked: Safe location, good room size. Breakfast was simple but good.
Disliked: The shampoo dispenser was empty; there was soap residue on the sink counter from previous guests. When we checked in at 8pm, huge back of house keeping stuff was lying in front of the stairs. Despite not being a busy downtown location, was charged for parking. Air conditioning was inconsistent - a part of the room was too cold, the other part too hot.

Did not meet our expectations for a "Marriot" facility.

Liked: Was across the street from our daughter's apartment. Quiet.
Disliked: Was supposed to have cleaning every other day - did not happen, even after complaining afternoon of day 5 did not come until day 6 - hours before we checked out. Buildings, grounds, fence were very dirty (see pics). Staff had no idea when management was working, I was given 3 different times. Upon reviewing our bill, we were charged for parking even though we told them at check-in that we had no car and would not need a parking pass. Until we talked to the manager no one could explain our bill.

Disliked: Bacon or sausage

Not impressed, more expensive and not as good as some other places we have stayed.

Liked: The location was great, close to our son and fairly quiet. I liked that the unit had an private entrance from the outside.
Disliked: I didn't like being charged to park in the parking lot. I didn't like the limited selection for the breakfast.
