Disappointing

Liked: I liked how everyone working was so nice an helpful
Disliked: My niece had gotten bit by a bedbug during our stay. I noticed that when we had entered the hotel room something was spilled all over the kitchen floor an shoes were sticking to it. For the amount of money I paid for the room an compared to previous stays I was disappointed

Our stay wasn’t terrible, but...

Liked: This hotel is very nice, the room was great & comfortable, we had a small kitchen & large refrigerator. The free breakfast was wonderful! Front desk staff was nice & helpful.
Disliked: We booked a one night stay in a two bedroom suite for my 13 year old brothers birthday, he wanted to swim as they have a pool & hot tub. When we checked in, the front desk said there was something wrong with the suite we had booked so they had to split our party up into three rooms with king beds, which they had all comped for us. Since we had booked the suite to all be together, it was very nice of them to make our stay complimentary. When we went to use the pool, the place was packed & we had come to find out that there was a group of people who booked a stay in the hotel & decided to invite all of their friends to use the pool who were not staying at the facility. So unfortunately there was hardly any room for us in the hot tub or the pool because there were atleast 20 kids there with hardly any parents. Kids will be kids, but these children were causing a ruckus, cussing at me & family, jumping in & out of the hot tub & no adults were correcting them or even paying attention. We had mentioned something to the front desk & they proceeded to tell us that the pool is like that every weekend! That group of people are always there, inviting their friends which people who are not staying at the hotel for the night should not be using the pool. Then the following morning, we had planned on using the pool since we couldn’t the night before & it ended up being closed because they had to clean it after the ridiculous party from the night before. There was also a fight that had broke out between a few guests staying where the girls had fist fought & ripped each other’s clothes apart! We are very grateful our stay was comped because if it had been any other way, we would have been even more disappointed. It’s a shame because this is a nice hotel but if that’s what goes on every weekend, I wouldn’t waste my money.

Disliked: the sofa bed sheets were extremely dirty. the toilet leaked all over the bathroom and we called nobody came to fix it
