Superb

Excellent stay !

Liked: The staff at check-in (Sami) was more than excellent. His service was beyond our expectations and his personality made the check in process a breeze. I like that the check-out time is 12:00, the free breakfast, the free parking, the pool area, the room was spacious, we rarely waited for an elevator even if the hotel was crowded, etc.
Disliked: Not much we didn’t like being that we have stayed here now for a 3rd time over the last few years. The only thing I would recommend is that the free breakfast be available until 10:00 am on weekends since the check-out time is at 12:00.

Liked: Bagels and yogurt and apples and bananas was good. My husband liked the scrambled eggs.
Disliked: I was hoping for hot waffles or pancakes. Some plain cereals like cheerios, cornflakes or rice krispes would have been nice.

Liked: rooms were clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Shower needs a bit of maintenance, the rest of the room was great and comfortable. Bed was great.
Disliked: Breakfast was lacking if you cannot do hot food effectively, do not have it, other offering was sparse and in too many different places. Found the toaster after I chose not so great hot food

Bad

Disliked: the room was very dirty and the bad smell makes me unable to sleep , the breakfast was big lie very poor breakfast and the person who's responsible for breakfast was very rude , really was abad choice
