Hotel was fine but having...

Liked: Breakfast was good, generally clean facilities
Disliked: Parking was 30$ extra on top of the pre paid room. Ridiculous

Tiring in a great way...

Liked: Has transport to the parks and is a fairly nice hotel
Disliked: Staff sometimes was hard to find but only in evening so wasn’t a big deal

Great overall stay. Will stay...

Disliked: Just double check and inspect the room. We found two red pills on the floor inside of our room. We immediately discarded them because we have a three-year-old child.

Great location but no effective...

Liked: The location was perfect. Only 15 min away from the Disney Parks. A lot of restaurants to eat and also some markets to make last minute purchases.
Disliked: I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and only once (on the 2nd day) the housekeeping was done. The trash was not picked up everyday, and neither the towels were changed. I stayed on a room that had a small kitchen, so at least the trash should have been picked up everyday.

Not a happy camper

Liked: The staff was super nice!
Disliked: How infested it was with roaches! It was just gross they where all over the floor in the room and in the counter of the Bar. The bartenders leave the blender and cups outside next to the sink. The roaches were crawling all over the plastic cups, counter and sink! Plain Gross!! I also sent the emails to the front desk hopefully they make the situation right.
