Great stay, would definitely go...

Liked: Breakfast was great
Disliked: I had a room with an outside courthouse, which had a little small outside courthouse for me to sit, which was great. It just would’ve helped if it had an umbrella over the table for shade.

Stinky room and wet sheets,...

Liked: Location was fantastic! Easy walk to Broadway shows and Times Square.
Disliked: It smelled horrible. My room smelled like BO. I went to front desk. They handed me a bottle of air freshener. I sprayed the room. I got to my room at 2 am when I realized the sheets were wet when I sat on the bed. I noticed the smell earlier but had tickets for a show and couldn’t deal with it other than the air freshener. I asked for clean bedding, and I removed the wet bedding from my bed. They literally brought me two top sheets. I threw them on the bed and used the poncho I brought as a blanket. The next morning I told the front desk about the situation. They said they’d have house keeping come change the bedding. Got back from visiting the Statue of Liberty and room still had not been touched. Told the front desk about the situation again. Finally went and bought Frebreze from the Walgreens. Sprayed the entire room including carpet and walls, inside fridge, dishwasher. Sink drain too. Smell finally stopped. After requesting room to be cleaned from the house keeper in the hallway, she came in and fixed he bedding situation. Stay was fine after that.

Convenient small hotel for short...

Liked: Good little hotel in the heart of New York. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very busy, especially the breakfast. Fortunately, we had a room with kitchen so we could have our meals in the room.
Disliked: The elevator was incredibly slow!

Liked: The location is close to a metro station
Disliked: We booked a room that was advertised as having a large bed, but were given a small bed for two people. We are both average-sized adults (under 165 lbs and under 6 feet tall), and it was extremely uncomfortable to sleep in the bed provided, which was clearly not what was described.We tried to resolve the issue from day one, but the manager, Janilda, was never at the hotel. As a result, we sent more than three emails to her ([email protected]), none of which were ever answered. We also requested a refund because the room did not match what we paid for, but received no response either from the hotel or from Booking.com.If you're looking for a comfortable night's sleep and plan to share a bed with your partner, this is not the right hotel for you.
