Great hotel in a convenient...
Liked: Staff was very helpful. Morning breakfast was in a nice large clean area. Well stocked hot breakfast. Staff was very attentive in replenishing and cleanup. Sleeping rooms were clean, large and uptodate, Cleaning staff were friendly and efficient.

Liked: Good location. Very close to R subway line and Barclays center. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful and spacious rooms with kitchen utensils and dishwasher. Great other amenities
Disliked: The outside of the hotel looks a little sketchy, especially at night.

Liked: The rooms were spacious and clean. We liked the small sitting area as well as the refrigerator and microwave oven in the room.
Disliked: The breakfast was a little poor with few options. There are just a few parking spaces available, and as we arrived late at night, did not get a parking spot. Luckily there was parking in the street close by, and if not they offer the location of a public parking nearby.

Great location, clean room and...
Liked: Complementary breakfast was pretty good, room was clean and quiet, the hotel has a great location -- Park Slope is an amazing neighborhood and the hotel is absurdly next to the Union St. subway station. When you get in your room, you can relax. When you get out of it, you can just enjoy this amazing city.
Disliked: The payment process is way overcomplicated. They don't accept Apple/Google Pay (and don't give any heads-up about it) and instead of charging once (at check-in) or twice (also at check-out), the hotel keeps charging your credit card throughout your stay, which is concerning and annoying. Let's hope they want to fix that.

Liked: The breakfast every morning was great. The entire staff was so friendly and nice.
Disliked: The parking. No one told me there was a parking lot in the back. And $45 a night is a little expensive
