Fantastic stay!

Liked: Staff were very organized and efficient. Property was kept clean inside and out. EXCELLENT location, just minutes from French Quarter, Restaurants, Strip Mall, etc. There is literally nothing you can't drive to in about 15 mins or less. In walking distance to the IMAX theater. This hotel is my family's new permanent stay for visiting NOLA.
Disliked: There is nothing about the hotel that I didn't like.

Liked: My only complaint: 1) when we first arrived, we realized our door was very loose on the hinges (wouldn’t open or shut easily). Reported it and Maintenance fixed it the following morning while we were out. 2) the toilet chain repeatedly popped off, so the toilet constantly ran and we constantly had to lift the tank lid and reattach it. Maintenance claimed to have fixed that too (after we reported it), but it didn’t really help. That said, the front desk staff were VERY friendly, courteous, and responsive. It was a nice stay, despite the small issues we encountered that they addressed/tried to address. Our kitchen had everything we needed; a nice setup and nice suite layout overall.

Do not visit.

Liked: Before I booked my reservation I called the hotel and the lady told me that I would be getting a 2bedroom suite but when I got there I was charged almost $100 more for the suite I was told I had reservation for so I booked for $223 but I was charged $300
