Convenient to airport / good...

Liked: The room felt clean and things were good. The wifi was good strength. I loved the breakfast. Felt like it was the highest quality free breakfast I've had in comparison to all other chains with free breakfasts and really appreciated the variety (not having the same thing every day). The free hotel shuttle was nice and came on time. Hotel is dog friendly which is always appreciated. It was pretty easy to navigate the city from this area - you can get downtown and all around, even without getting on a highway (the highways in Nashville were seemingly always backed up). There's good restaurants and grocery stores nearby (just several mins away in a car). The indoor pool was nice. Staff was nice
Disliked: When i first arrived, I saw several parking spots with shattered vehicle glass, so it looks like they had a lot of recent car break-ins. Not just one or two, but at least three distinct areas with different types of tint, so this might be a major problem there. Loading luggage in and out of car is not as easy with other hotels as they have a curb in front of main doors so you can't take the luggage cart to your car easily - it's also not covered so if it's raining, you'd be loading/unloading your car in the rain. Pet fee was a bit pricey compared to other chains. Both treadmills in gym were broken

Loved the stay watch the...

Liked: Everything about the stay was amazing except after paying the full amount of our stay and it coming out of our bank. Four days later they pull out another $45.70 and when I contacted the property they said it was a $20 incidental refundable charge. $20 a night x 2 nights doesn’t come to $45.70. When I asked for clarification she stated it was probably a tax or fee or something. Now I have paid my full bill with 0 incidentals and they charge me the incidental fee days afterwards??? I’ll keep an eye out and it should come off. But it just seems fishy to me.
