Liked: Everything about the stay was amazing except after paying the full amount of our stay and it coming out of our bank. Four days later they pull out another $45.70 and when I contacted the property they said it was a $20 incidental refundable charge. $20 a night x 2 nights doesn’t come to $45.70. When I asked for clarification she stated it was probably a tax or fee or something. Now I have paid my full bill with 0 incidentals and they charge me the incidental fee days afterwards??? I’ll keep an eye out and it should come off. But it just seems fishy to me.
