Very pleasant stay and the breakfast was good.

Liked: The room was nice, clean and spacious and even had a kitchenette with a hot plate and medium sized fridge.
Disliked: The pool is for smaller kids.

Disliked: Four night stay. During my stay at this hotel, not once was my room serviced.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, we had a great stay!

Liked: Very clean, very nice room; person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful; good breakfast.
Disliked: Air conditioner did not keep correct temperature, woke up very warm.

Make sure to research the surrounding area; bring an actual bathing suit, and enjoy!

Liked: This whole place was amazing! It was easy to find; easy and available parking; wonderful staff. We walked right in and the front desk was joking around with us, answered all our questions and made sure we were not being charged twice. The room was incredible, clean, and had everything a working girl could ask for. Breakfast was simple (it did run out of eggs), but it was tasty. I highly recommend this hotel ^_^
Disliked: I was surprised (and delighted) to find out when I arrived that they had a pool! However the pool is extrememly chlorinated (they did warn us a bit) and can ruin your hair and clothes. Be warned.

Liked: Rooms are really nice. The beds are so comfy. Breakfast was yummy. Second time staying in this hotel and will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Liked: I like the variety of food that they have for breakfast. The location is also accessible.
Disliked: When I made the booking online, I specifically requested a crib, and I received a message confirming that this request had been noted.Upon check-in, we again asked for the crib and were told it would be brought to our room. After waiting for a couple of hours without any follow-up, we asked again and were given the same response. Eventually, we went to the reception ourselves to inquire for the third time, only to be told that no cribs were available and that they are provided on a "first come, first serve" basis.At no point during the booking or check-in process were we informed of this policy. Had we known, we could have made other arrangements. In the end, we were provided with a playpen with no mattress—only a duvet placed at the bottom—which is neither safe nor comfortable for an infant.

Liked: - We had a room with two queen size beds and the room was big and comfortable. The sofa in the room also could turn into another extra bed. - The room had a kitchenette which was a nice feature.- The gym wasn't too small and had enough equipment for basic workout - The complementary breakfast: I really enjoyed the assortments of nut and dry fruit for oatmeal porridge. - There was a soy milk option for coffee. I was very happy to see non-dairy option was provided. - Nice courtyard with tables and chairs. Propane BBQ for hotel guests to use to cook meals. - 15 minutes drive from Toronto airport
Disliked: - I didn't have anything really bad to say. This is more like a wishlist, They had tea/coffee at the lobby 24/7 for guests. I wish they left the soy milk out. They took it away after the breakfast hour. It would be even better if they also had not only normal yoghurt, but also lactose free or non dairy yoghurt at the breakfast.
