Great room and facilities. Good...

Liked: Great room and facilities. It was just a passing stop. It wasn’t in a particularly convenient area if you wanted to go out for dinner. Despite being close to the freeway and me being a light sleeper, if was quiet.
Disliked: Nothing. Usual great Marriott service.

Liked: A great property with a kitchenette. Very well equipped.
Disliked: The property was right next to a very busy interstate which prevented a good nights sleep, even with the A/C on.

Liked: Spacious room. Staff were friendly and approachable.
Disliked: Rubbish left behind by previous guests was not cleared. WiFi was unstable. WiFi could be lost for more than a day. No kettle. The bed was not firm. No room cleaning during the 3 days stay.

Disliked: I am deeply disappointed with how my booking was handled and the disrespect I experienced. I reserved a room with two beds, as confirmed in my order, but was given one bed and a dirty, unprepared sofa. When I raised this with Bryce, instead of fixing the issue or offering another room, he told us we could just leave—at 9 p.m., leaving us to find another place to stay.Not only was my reservation not honored, but the dismissive attitude shown was unacceptable. This is not the service or respect any guest should receive.
