Next time I’m in Loveland...

Liked: Very conveniently located and parking was so easy and free!

Disappointing

Superb

Liked: The staff were very friendly and the room is clean & comfortable.
Disliked: Location was nice and near a cute coffeehouse, and they gave us a voucher for free parking.

Exceptional

Liked: Staff was nice and helpful during our late check in
Disliked: We were at the tail end of breakfast service so it was a little skimpy on options.

Best hotel in downtown Loveland...

Liked: From the moment we arrived everything was perfect. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Jeanie! Made our checkin very easy.Our room was very clean and comfortable. TV options were great. Bed very comfortable. Bathroom very clean and we love having the walk in shower. Plenty of breakfast options; waffles, pre-made omelets, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fresh fruit, sausage links, roasted potatoes. It was great.
Disliked: Price is a tad bit high but the location is what we wanted. Spent an early V-Day in Loveland and wanted to be downtown. Not many hotel options in old town Loveland.

I would definitely stay here...

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great with great free parking and walking distance to downtown that had plenty of everything. Public transportation was available too. The beds were comfortable. Very nice towels. It was convenient to have the kitchenette. The room was overall very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was good. The 4th morning breakfast had very good crispy bacon and I was pleasantly surprised.
Disliked: I didn't like the pillows. The pillows looked fluffy, but weren't fluffy and very flat when I laid my head on them. I'm not a fan of turkey sausage and it was served 4 mornings out of the 5 mornings I was there. The coffee started off weak and got a little stronger by the end of the week. I really didn't like the coffee.
