Hotel was clean but very loud, had to complain to front desk about kids running around and people going from room to room talking very loud in hallway past 11 pm.

For electric car drivers, this...

Liked: The room was, as always, very comfortable and perfect for what I needed. Decent hot breakfast included.
Disliked: The electric car charging stations. There is only one Tesla charging station now. Availability for charging is one of the key reasons that I stay at this hotel. The price this time was a lot higher than usual for some reason.

Amazing place.

Liked: Wow.. A little gem hidden in London. I have been coming to London for many years and never saw this hotel. Nothing was wrong with this place. Even the staff were happy to be there. Always smiling, laughing and polite. I will be back, will not stay anywhere else. Love the little kitchen. I love the personal touch of the TV welcoming me to the hotel. Beds so comfy. Breakfast amazing. So many choices. And so good.
Disliked: Hidden. Took sometime finding it. If there was a restaurant on site this place would be unbeatable.
