Hotel was clean but very loud, had to complain to front desk about kids running around and people going from room to room talking very loud in hallway past 11 pm.

Liked: Breakfast was OK

Would stay again.

Liked: Really just want to pay a compliment to the all of the staff I encountered during my stay. EVERYONE was so friendly and genuinely wanting to ensure everything was going well with your stay.

Excellent place to stay for...

Liked: Preferred place to stay when in London. Close to highway and family. We drive electric so having charging stations is a major draw because of the convenience. We were on the first floor for this visit and while that made it really convenient to get to the car and breakfast, it was a bit noisier because of increased foot traffic. Other than that, we always have a great stay.
Disliked: Located behind a “peeler bar”. Could use a little more light in some areas of parking lot and better, more secure fencing.
