Made this trip so comfortable...

Liked: Very nice and close to the people I was visiting. Easy access but off the street so not too noisy. Also needed an accessible room and the bathroom was so awesome for our needs! Could not have asked for more!
Disliked: Visited during the Microsoft issue so felt like I had to stay in the room and not go in and out since the staff would have to get us into our room. They never complained and always seemed happy to help just felt bad and didn't want to be difficult.

Liked: Breakfast was well organized and clean. They had a good variety.
Disliked: I request to be on the top floor of the Hotel and I asked for extra pillows. I received an email saying that they could fulfill my request but, neither of my request happened.

Liked: Location is great!There was an issue with the booking that they had not received the confirmation from booking.com. But the Staff - I believe it was Eve - resolved the issue in minutes. Eve was great!
Disliked: The description of my room showed 2 beds, one being a sofa bed. It wasn't. The sofa bed would not accommodate a guest with comfort.

Liked: Very clean and a nice contemporary style
Disliked: The breakfast was substandard for this type of hotel. The area I noticed they most was the fruit. Sometimes only a couple of pairs or apples. You should have strawberries and blueberries, bananas, etc. maybe fresh oatmeal, not the super sugary instant. Finally, it would be nice if you offered some beer or wine options in your 24 hour market.
