Liked: The hotel was very nice, clean and the area of location was great as well as the hotel staff.. Also we enjoyed the Free breakfast

Liked: "Great location, but disappointing this time"
Disliked: We stayed here last year and had a great experience, which is why we decided to return. Unfortunately, this time was disappointing. While the location is still excellent, the carpet was filthy, and the room was not up to the standard we expected based on our previous stay.

Liked: The overall atmosphere was excellent. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests made by guests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The location was perfect for the sports event that we were attending and participating in.
Disliked: There was nothing that I didn't like.

Unfortunately we were not able...
Liked: We have stayed at this exact hotel multiple times with no issues. We walked into the lobby after 9:30 PM to check in and were greeted by a disgruntled customer at the front desk arguing with the only employee there because something was wrong with her room, along with four separate groups of people waiting to check in. Waited 45 minutes to check in only to find out that even though we all had reservations and had paid, there were absolutely no rooms available! The front desk worker told us she had only worked there 90 days and was completely overwhelmed. I honestly felt bad for her. She was even having computer issues. We were telling her she needs to call the manager to come in and assist but it sounded like she wasn't getting any support. Not sure what Went wrong but had to scramble to find a hotel as it was nearing 11 PM. I was there with my 14-year-old daughter who had just played in a softball tournament and we were at the fields for 13 hours so needless to say it wasn't how we were looking to end the day. We booked weeks ago on booking.com, there was a couple who had booked using their Marriott points, another that booked through the app and I'm not sure about the last woman that was in the line but it didn't matter because they had zero rooms for us.
