Overall, my family and I...

Liked: Breakfast was great the sausages were delicious but there was only one waffle maker and it wasn't reading the correct temperature of the waffle and beeping early, so they kept coming out underdone.
Disliked: Check-in process was a little hectic, booking online and setting everything up, I still needed to present another card for accidentals which could have been used on the same card at booking. Also, when I checked in for 2 rooms I only received cards for one room and had to go back to the front desk. There were a lot of people checking in at the same time so I had to wait for them to service everyone else that was in line before I could get my other room cards, the rooms were not next to each other as requested but I understand that is not something they can always accommodate. Also, in the smaller room, the pull out couch, once pulled out left no room at all between the couch and the bed making it very cramped in the room.

Liked: The hotel wasn't far from Albany, about 18 min away. The hotel has an indoor pool, fitness room, and a great small kitchen to use during your stay. Also, I appreciate that this hotel is pet-friendly.
