Accommodating, clean, friendly staff
Liked: I loved how accommodating they were . Apparently even though my booking included a pull out couch , because of using a 3rd party site I was not promised one, they quickly accommodated us with a pull out couch free of charge.

Liked: It was really clean and comfortable.
Disliked: On Booking.com it said the room had a pull out sofa but they no longer have them. The front desk clerk, Brenden, was really helpful in getting us a rollaway very quickly.

Want o love it, but...
Liked: I love staying in suites as a family. It feel this property gives great options for sleeping bigger groups
Disliked: The unwelcoming staff is hard to ignore. Just as you come in, you want to be treated kindly and yet that is not what you find here. Also, why do we also have to pay for parking? We are not staying in a highly dense place where parking is a limited. We are out in the suburbs of Las Vegas. I asked if I could pay for it at the counter but no, I had to go chase down and QR code and type in my license plate number before I could even put my suitcase in my room. Someone please tell me how this is good customer service!

We are so frustrated. This...
Liked: I like the location near the freeway that allows easy access. I also enjoy staying at suites because we travel as a family.
Disliked: This property is a bait and switch on booking.com. They offer a king suite with a pull out couch, but when we got there they had us pay to up grade. We had three people to stay in the room but there was no pull out couch and therefore not enough beds. We are very disappointed both with booking.com and with Marriott for this deception. The unfriendly staff at the desk even admitted that they knew this is a problem.
