Liked: The staff were very amicable. Very helpful for guiding me around Las Vegas. Didn’t charge me parking fees
Disliked: They never cleaned the room in three days also didn’t have a garbage can. So I grabbed a plastic bag for n the cabinets and took out the garbage. The breakfast was exceptional. Very well done. Like I said the staff was very friendly

Other then location and pool...

Liked: The location was perfect, was close to the event my daughter was competing in.
Disliked: The staff is extremely rude. The front desk gentleman was not helpful, the breakfast lady was horrible to interact with, and the staff complain about each other in front of customers. Examples of rudeness were we did not get the room we picked and were told have to deal with it was not their problem, one of the staff complained about the breakfast lady that she was not doing things right, that she is always late and why do they keep her, and breakfast lady got upset when we did not do the waffle maker and cook our waffles how sge wanted us to do it, very condensending. Also the hotel room not laid out well, bathroom door always hitting bed had be careful on that side if bed.

Was great would stay again.

Disliked: It was as good. Music at breakfast was nice but entirely too loud and disorienting. Lower volume would have been great. Several people asks for this it was never reduced.

Disliked: Pool area wasn't kid ready

Disliked: Old and dated rooms. Needs renovation. Poor value for money.
