Liked: The quiet room, and facilities
Disliked: Fire alarm in the room has a strobe light that lights up the room.

Liked: The feeling of safety and having the restaurants, businesses across the street. We used to stay by the Plaza and the crime and congestion is ridiculous. We stay here for horse shows at the American Royal and driving a little further is totally worth it
Disliked: Cant come up with anything. Very enjoyable

Liked: The location was very nice to be off the beaten path. I loved being up on a hill and seeing the sun set. Breakfast was great with lots of choices.
Disliked: Didnt like shower not having a door and water ran out on the floor. Didnt like that king suite had pull out, but the pull out came right up to end of king bed so you needed to get into bed or out of bed by climbing across. NOT ENOUGH SPACE FOR BOTH!

Liked: Everything was very clean. Staff interaction was pleasant & informative. Facilities were as expected. Great patio!
