Very good

Liked: Breakfast was good, staff very friendly.
Disliked: We booked here because they had a pool, yet the pool was not working, should update website to say no pool if not working.

No pool, no notice of...

Disliked: Once again a property has a pool closed and there is no notice when i booked J have kids we paid for two rooms so all the kids could use a pool

Liked: In overall great customer service, very comfortable space, Breakfast was delicious, the lady that was refilling buffet was very kind and friendly, made you feel welcome. Reception staff was also very nice.
Disliked: I must say cleaning needs more attention, the cabinets where dusty from inside. And another thing the stove is rusting as well as some of the cooking pan even a spoon had rust not only is it unsanitary but not safe. And I saw the same garbage bags outside for 3 days.

Liked: We were upgraded to a very nice room in Witch we enjoyed.

Liked: The room size was great.
Disliked: The room was dirty. The kitchenette area was not mopped. The refrigerator had hair on it. The sheets were wrinkled and would not stay on the bed. There were moldy dishes in the dishwasher.
