Disliked: Roaches in the bathroom, stained, soiled, ripped ,furniture, dirty oven, housekeeping policy.

Liked: everyone was awesome! front desk all shifts are amazing !

Disliked: The hallway to the room smelled like weed. The dishes in the kitchen were dirty with dried food on them. The furniture was filthy. When we advised the front desk we were told there was nothing they could do and they couldn't refund our stay. It took speaking with the general manager to reach a solution that still left us having to seek new accommodations but at least we were refunded.
