I loved this hotel. It was comfortable and had a mini kitchen - we will definitely come back. :)

Liked: Amazing bed and pillows.
Disliked: You can hear through the walls in the hall.

Very good

Liked: Great staff and huge room with comfy bed. A little dated and clearly well used, but very clean and comfortable with everything you could need. When I eventually found the shuttle it was smooth sailing and a great service.
Disliked: A little hard to find the shuttle bus and I tried to email and contact multiple times via booking .com. And they obviously don't check their messages as could not contact without calling them locally. Which is v expensive when you are calling from a British phone in Houston airport! I tried two weeks before I travelled to get hold of them via email and nothing. Be warned!

Good stay and needed rest....

Liked: It's a good clean place to stay.
Disliked: I requested a hotel shuttle.. none showed up. I asked the manager why and he replied. "They're trying something different. I replied "like making your guest's find their way?" It cost 20 dollars by taxi. so, the savings I'd hoped for did not. I will likely choose another hotel on my next trip. It was not the cost that bothered me.. it was the waiting for 45 minutes before I made my own way. Should remove "airport shuttle provided" from the website.

Exceptional

Not good I am afraid...

Liked: The Staff were excellent. The evening receptionist was really helpful. She was fabulous thank you.
Disliked: The air conditioning unit in room was so hard to control. It was really noisy. So when watching the TV we had to up the volume. Then the people above us was banging the floor.We turned the unit off at night as too noisey.. then the fridge was also incredibly noisey..So we didn’t get much sleep as too hot in the room. We couldn’t win.

shuttle issues but otherwise ok

Liked: Room nice. Breakfast was good . I
Disliked: getting the shuttle at the airport was not great. I had no cell and had to ask a United employee to call. Had to take the subway to ABC from E which was annoying

Great overnight stay

Liked: comfy bedsstaff were friendly and was easy to arrange an airport shuttleclean & spacious room
Disliked: breakfast was average and not many options - especially being vegetarian - needs more fruit

OK for a night arrival...

Liked: Location, room size. The night manager on our check in was terrific.
Disliked: Room directly outside laundry room, noise throughout the day, Despite mentioning this the 1st day, the staff did not offer to switch my room. The cooked breakfast food was the worst quality I have had at this type of hotel, although the rest of the breakfast material was fine.
