Wonderfully pleasant and the manager...

Liked: Staff was phenomenal and rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast was the best I’ve had at a hotel. I also left behind my beats. Called the hotel, they had been turned in by the cleaning staff and the manager mailed them to me!
Disliked: I asked for rooms side by side because our family is so big we have to get two rooms. We had rooms in two separate alcoves across the hall. But the rooms were fantastic and it wasn’t a huge inconvenience.

Liked: Great location, great staff.
Disliked: The pool was dirty day 1. I told the front desk it is dirty. Day 2 a little better. Day 3 dirty. Day 4 pool was gross. I told the front desk about this. They came out to look, and then the pool was closed down. We all had to leave the entire pool area. We booked this hotel to stay by the pool and chill. The other thing we didn't like was the placement of the TV. The TV is usually on the wall in front of the bed. The TV in our room was on the right side of the bed by the entrance of the bathroom. Due to this, we both had neck issues. I have to say the people at the front desk were great. Sorry, I didn't want to write a bad review but the pool situation was really bad.

Watch where your room located

Liked: Breakfast was great, staff was friendly, room was big love the kitchen area .
Disliked: Didn’t like where our room was because our wall was against the elevator, heard it all the time, sounds like we was sleeping in the mechanical room of the bowling alley. Dislike the small glass to get the juice for breakfast. Parking was tight.
