“Polite check-in, but the rooms...

Liked: The front desk clerk at check-in was very professional and polite.
Disliked: The first room had an unpleasant smell, so we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the second room had tissue in the toilet, and the water came out brown at first. While the staff did make the switch quickly, the overall experience was disappointing.

Ok, not great

Liked: Breakfast was good. Room was clean.
Disliked: Didn't have the rooms we booked available. We booked Studio King rooms...got Standard King rooms. Didn't get a valid explanation as to why and no offer of a discount or compensation for the inconvenience of not having a pullout sofa for one of our party members to sleep in.

Liked: i loved the Suite 2 bedroom we had and the breakfast was nice
Disliked: i enjoyed everything
