Pleasant

Liked: Overall had a decent experience. The rooms were nicely decorated with a home-style vibe, which gave a more comfortable, lived-in feel compared to a standard hotel setup. While I appreciate that, it also means the more items and amenities you have in a room, the more opportunities there are to notice things that aren’t fully cleaned. Still, the room itself was enjoyable.The staff was friendly, and I was genuinely excited when I learned that breakfast here included real protein options rather than just carbs and sugar. Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into disappointment. I went to breakfast an hour after it started and was told there was no more protein left, there were some eggs left, but the place was so tight and crowded, I could barely get to anything. This was especially frustrating because I had delayed my checkout specifically to enjoy a proper breakfast — something I hadn’t had at the other four places I stayed during my road trip. When I reminded the staff member that I had been told the night before there would be protein, all I got back was a quick “Yeah, it’s all gone. Sorry about that.”

Liked: Easy drive to Hershey Park. Rooms were clean.
Disliked: The area for breakfast is way to small for the number of guests the hotel can hold. The area where you get your food is so small that people are bumping into each other continually, Also, there is not enough seating for the number of guests. The elevator is very far from the main lobby. Most hotels have elevators fairly close to the lobby.
