Liked: The property was nice. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The musty smell of the room. The room was moist for most of our stay. The floors were slippery from the moisture. We did have an incident about a room calling us pretending to me front desk, this was handled promptly from the from the front desk.

Disliked: The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Housekeeping did not service our room daily, and we had to request fresh towels each night. Despite prepaying, we were double charged, which caused a major inconvenience and forced us to cancel some of our planned activities. Communication from the staff regarding billing and room service was poor and unhelpful. Overall, the property did not meet expectations based on the advertised amenities and service standards.
