Room was disappointing, but the...

Liked: Great location for us. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: No housekeeping for a 4 night stay. Conditioner in the shower was empty. Had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper. Walls and floors were very dirty. Door lock malfunctioned.

Disliked: The pool is too small... The staff locked my key card 30 minutes before I even had to check out. We were going to leave early, and we were all getting in the car getting ready to go. I wanted to check the room one last time just to be sure we got everything thing but when I went to scan my key card, 30 minutes before my checkout time, it didn't work.
