Towneplace Suites by Marriott Hamilton, Hamilton

This is a lovely hotel, very clean and bright. Staff are welcoming and helpful. We stayed on a Friday night when there was a hockey tournament in town, but things stayed quiet and even though the breakfast area was busy at 7:00 a.m. it was well stocked and clean.

Liked: The suite was clean, bright and spacious. A young man - Gary, was at the front desk both when we arrived and when we left. He was very friendly and helpful and makes a good impression for the hotel.
Disliked: No problems, no complaints.

Exceptional

Liked: Suites were very comfortable, well equipped and spacious. Shower was excellent. Breakfast facilities were very good.
Disliked: No kettle to make tea, but not major issue.

Disliked: Reserved room with visa debit same card used on 2 mnth trip to florida. When arrived at location was told they cant take my card and wouldn't be billed for room . I was billed for room in same card and now i can not get my money back . I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy .

Exceptional

Excellent price for stay

Liked: Breakfast was nice (keep in mind it's continental), pretty much what we expeected, and the staff is really helpful - for example, we had forgotten to ask for a crib and we quickly got one the next day. The premises are really clean. The room was really spatious and the bed was surprisingly comfortable. It was really quiet and bonus, the room was actually dark in the morning (awesome curtains)
Disliked: They really wrap it up in the morning at 9am or 9h30am sharp. Generally speaking it's a bit early for vacation :) The pool was not working but that was temporary. They oppened it sadly the day we left - it however looked nice and clean.

Disliked: Pool was closed for maintenance

Perfect home away from home

Liked: The hotel does all the important things right. Comfy, clean, with all facilities i needed. Constant access to tea and coffee was great.
Disliked: Nothing. Keep it up
