Worst night in a hotel...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Hot tub was colder Sam the pool. The floors in the pool area were dirty. The hotel hallways smelled of cooked food and musty socks. The girl who checked us in, tried to charge me double stating that the payment I made online was just a fee to Booking.com her manager, then came out screaming at her. The refrigerator was not working properly. It also posted that we could borrow playing cards, but when I went down to pick up the plane cards the girl at the front desk, said there wasn’t any available, they were all out because people never returned them in the morning. I asked the general manager about it and he said oh yeah there’s lots of playing cards in the back.

Great stay

Liked: Very clean. Quiet, beds were comfortable, staff were amazing
Disliked: It was set back off the road and only shared a parking lot with one other hotel. So it wasn’t surrounded by a bunch of other businesses or noisiness. Plenty of room to park

Great place to stay, close...

Liked: Check-in was very fast and the employee at the counter was super courteous. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

Disappointing

Liked: The girl working at the front desk was wonderful. Very helpful and friendly. Water pressure in the shower was great.
Disliked: The room smelled a lot like wet dog when I entered. I ended up spraying Lysol all over the place and cleaning with some Clorox wipes. Once I did that it was a little better. Room I got was run down. Also, there was no signage to indicate the name of the property. I drove around a couple of times not seeing the name.

Customer service could have handled...

Liked: It was clean.
Disliked: There was an issue and felt blown off especially from night shift front desk.

Good

Liked: The staff was great. We liked our room as well.
Disliked: The hallway was steamy and smelly. Not exactly right off the highway.

I would surely stay there...

Liked: I loved everything from the time I arrived until my check out
