Best kept "Secret" in Gainesville...

Liked: Safe, clean well monitored, rooms super clean. Front desk Alissa was excellent and Kobe were very professional and customer friendly. Norma in the breakfast area was a treasure. The service was superior. Carpets were fresh and very clean Well stocked refreshment area, and it was full of wonderful drinks, and food treats. Parking was exceptional , well marked, it had a number of Handicap Parking Places, and is safely lighted and within a protected area. They even had an outside pinic area with electric grill. The supersize kitchen & appliances were in each room was first class and family friendly. The beds and linens were of the best quality, and the furniture was comfortable. This is in my opinion rates up there with a 5 Star Hotel for its service and comfort. A great family experience. Well done to all.

A good place for an...

Liked: Breakfast selection was very good and the area was restocked well while guests used the products. The lady(s) taking care of the breakfast area were excellent!! The hotel location was great for the activities we were attending plus, it was across the street from a nice grocery for stocking our frig.
Disliked: The bed, a king size, was in need of being replaced, it was not comfortable no matter where I slept on it.

Short drive to downtown Gainesville...

Liked: Easy to get in and out of and right off of 75. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Brook helped us out with a question we had.

nice hotel with kitchen, terrible...

Liked: Most of the staff members I met were very kind. I like that you can open a window in the room and even though you can only open it a tiny amount it's still more than most hotels. I like that there's a tiny kitchen with burners and the larger than normal refrigerator for hotel rooms. I like the bathtub
Disliked: We stayed in room 426-for 3 nights. The bed in this room is super uncomfortable. It's very worn out and you can feel the springs. I rented a room for my friend and her room was 425. The bed in that room was extremely comfortable. I'm glad my friend was comfortable. But we really were very unlucky with the bed in our room. I had to sleep with my head on the bottom of the bed which still wasn't great . It was very disappointing that the bed was so uncomfortable as I was really looking forward to a nice comfortable king size bed
