Won’t be back

Disliked: Rude staff, don’t expect any accommodations if needed. Inedible breakfast. Cleaning person threw away my daughter’s bag of gifts she had prepared. Didn’t recover. By far the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel.

Great stay in Franklin!

Liked: We stayed here a couple nights and had a great experience. Our room was clean and quiet, which is something we are always looking for. It felt like a little studio apartment with the kitchen, which was nice to have. The hotel itself was surrounded by shopping and great restaurants so that was a bonus. Franklin is a beautiful city and this was a great place to stay. We would return!
Disliked: Nothing to dislike!
