It’s an excellent hotel and...

Liked: The convenience and location. Is close and near to our venue, shops, restaurant and beaches.
Disliked: It’s not pay when you get to the property. You have toPlace a credit card information first then you get a reservation. Second I booked for two nites, however I had to leave the second nite due to personal reasons. The front desk explained when we checked in that because I booked through a third party I would be charged for The second nite. So, I was forced to miss a religious function back home. You can’t really cancel once the reservation is made. The breakfast that was complimentary wasn’t as great. The sausages were dry and not much selections.

Liked: The location was great, plenty of shops and nearby restaurants and grocery stores, made it super easy for our family of 5! Also, the breakfast was nice, a variety of toppings, fruit, proteins and dairies, super friendly for the whole family. The rooms were nicely cleaned and organized, no bad smell. The staff was SUPER friendly, the girl who checked us in was excellent! She made check in super easy for us. The towels by the pool were constantly restocked so we never had an issue with towels for our littles. We enjoyed the bonfire at night as well, the little river by the pool and bonfire area was so peaceful. No loud people, noises, everything was wonderful! Will definitely be staying here again :)

Liked: I had a reservation with booking and they could not find my reservation and rented the last room while I was standing there. When booking called them to verify my reservation they said they didn't have a room. I had to find another place much further aways and it wasted hours of my vacation with the stress of everything and time spent.
