Very nice experience, except for the mattress.

Liked: Very nice room; loved the fridge, microwave, stove, couch; very clean.
Disliked: The bed in room 209 dipped in the middle - uncomfortable for my husband & I.

Liked: The breakfast is pretty lame, so we mainly ate outside the hotel. The room didn't get cleaned until a few hours before we checked out.

Disliked: I was double charged I paid prior with booking.com and when I arrived to the hotel I paid again plus my deposit. I called customer service and they spoke with a nice lady at the front desk provided her the information but that still was no help. So i had to contact booking again and they said the hotel shouldn’t charge me but the hotel said they had to have a card on file it was just a mess but my stay was good. Booking.com will have to pay me back the hotel said so i will just let my bank handle this. But this hotel was great.

Disliked: I expected room service to be more attentive. I had to leave the accumulated garbage in front of the room door
