Disliked: They didn’t even let me see it i came from des moines -Iowa to check in at 3:30 and i had reservation online but the girl there she ask me to come at 8 in the morning like i should find another hotel at 3:30 in the when i pay for a room in your hotel was terrible and i will never book any reservation again with you !!

Horrible Manager

Liked: Great location
Disliked: I stayed at TownePlace Suites in Dearborn and had a very disappointing experience. The “sofa bed” was not functional or comfortable, it’s more like a couch that flips open with no mattress or proper bedding. I have chronic health issues, and no one offered to assist me with it, forcing me to sleep on the floor. The general manager was dismissive and disrespectful when I raised my concerns. Overall, poor customer service and misleading advertising. Would not recommend.
