Exceptional staff made it worth...

Liked: The morning/ afternoon staff was very kind and she made me feel welcome and comfortable!! The bed was very comfortable!!
Disliked: The shower could use more thorough cleaning!! Also the room had the TV is mounted on the side of the bed, rather than in front of it.

Liked: It was very clean, it was great for someone staying a few days. It was very comfortable. I will be staying here when I travel to Detroit.
Disliked: There's nothing I didn't like.

Good stay

Liked: Location, room comfort, friendliness of the staff, especially those responsible for food in the breakfast area, the suite has everything you need for your stay. Very quiet environment considering that the hotel is located right next to the highway.
Disliked: Breakfast food selection. The food is tasty and in sufficient quantities, but for both days I stayed, the selection was completely the same.

Liked: The location was great for what we needed. Loved the kitchen, especially the full size fridge. Staff was very friendly, room was clean.
Disliked: The issues we had with the stay were with other patrons. There were people in the parking lot throwing a football between the cars, there was also a group that set off fireworks from 10 to 11. That wasn't so bad until they were exploding outside our window. Then we get to the car in the morning and there is debris on and around it and other cars from the fireworks. They should have been out back in the field instead of right by the cars. Staff did address the football throwing in the lot. I don't know if they addressed the fireworks or not.
